WHA Client Profile

We work with clients in different situations on different levels. We would broadly define these types as:

  1. One Time Planning/Consulting Relationships
  2. Retainer flat fee advising relationship
  3. WHA Client Community

One time planning/consulting relationships

Lets say you are looking for a specific item analyzed (e.g. such as your 401(k) options, insurance coverage, or trust account) or you want a one-time-only financial check up. We would deliver the requested service in a timely manner. This level of service is typically billed either hourly or flat fee by the task. We typically charge $150/hr or we will come to a flat fee for a set project arrangement with clients.

Note: Low-fee and Pro-bono planning services are offered for those in need. If you are in need of advice and are not sure where to turn, and if you may have difficulty affording a fee, please call our office. We might be able to help.

Retainer Flat Fee Relationship

If you prefer to have a regular consulting relationship with an advisor, but want to take care of some or all of the execution aspects yourself (eg picking stocks, buying insurance, opening accounts, etc) , then we can work on a flat fee. In this case, we will customize a planning program & fee structure that fits what you need and matches where you are financially. Call us to discuss.

WHA Client Community

WHA Client Community members, who typically have sizable net worths and require more detailed attention and planning, enjoy a high level (nosebleed level) of service consisting of among other things, ten thorough deliverables and an exhaustive 110+ point checklist (call to request a copy of our Client Deliverables).  Call or email for more information on the benefits for WHA Community clients. Fees are typically by annual retainer or percentage of assets.
